Lunge Press 25lb kettle x 6 each leg
Clean Press 40lb sandbag x 12
Arnold Press 30lb kettlebells x 12
Dead Lift Row 55lb kettle x 12
Alt Decline Press 35lb kettles x 12
Squat 60lb Sandbag x 12
Stomach Flies 10 or 15lb dumbbells x 12
 
After 1st round
5 burpees 
Leg lifts x 15
Run lap around parking lot
 
After 2nd round
Hold Plank 15 sec count each around group
Low flutters x 15 – Ozzie

Tool Time and Ozzie are rocking the workouts!  Good job Ozzie and Tool on your ab exercises.  Thanks for leading them.  Slow Row is getting so swoll after keeping the weights a week that he needs to get a larger sized shirt!  Guns are getting big bro.  Surf and Turf is a machine, adjusting to the new addition to the family well, hitting the workouts impressively!  Pax are talking about organizing a get together, possibly with the wives soon.  We'll keep you posted.  Maybe next weekend.  Great work men!
