A solid group of men came to the deck for an old school deck only beating. It was also where the Gladiator women were running around and two PAX suddenly went shirtless in 50 degree weather and another claimed he was getting eyeballed.
Run around DPK to the exquisite whatever it is in the middle of the circle.

- PAX line up at level one of the deck for suicides
- 5 Burpees at the bottom everytime
- 5 Merkins at each level increasing by 5 until 20 at the top.
- PAX stay at the top and await further instructions.

- Touch them heels X 20
- W X 20
- (50 Merkins and 20 Burpees)
- PAX stay at top of deck to go in reverse
- 5 burpees at top every time
- 10 Bobby Hurleys at every level increasing by 10 (3 levels) down to the basement
- (30 bobby hurleys and 15 Burpees)
- PAX parnter up at bottom of basement
- PAX one does 4 lunges and one burpee repeating up the deck
- PAX two runs up the deck and down the steps until they catch their partner and then flip flop
- Was supposed to be to the top, but time was running out and we were only able to do two rounds.
- PAX collect by parking lot for a short Mary session

- I was reminded this morning why women are not allowed in F3 as scrapasaurus and Qbert take their shirts off in 50 degree weather running by the Gladiator girls and Caboose claims one of them was eyeballing him.
- Master Slo dissapointed by not making a guest appearance this morning
- Johnny Cash did great and the PAX stayed together during the rounds (except for Scrapottomus and Qbert who are always out front)
- Someone said they should have went to Hollywood
- Either the deck has gotten bigger or YHC is getting older. Likely the latter.
- I hope we did not pay for that disaster out front of DPK with our tax dollars.
- Out of all the disadvantages of being short, there is an advantage in F3. T-Rex arms work well for nearly all exercises. Take that Caboose.
- Lots of running by design, YHC needs to get back in running shape.
