7 Pax showed up bright and early for a misty workout. Jedi greeted us with a gentlemans hug that Ramrod swiftly turned down, but eventually he agreed to a quick bro hug.
Jimmy O got some bonus miles before hand before he and Stray went on a Ruck. I'm guessing they talked about things and stuff but maybe they'll share?

Split into one pair and one group of three:
- One partner runs to center fountain loop and back while the other did an exercise at movie theater until you reached the target number.
- Round 1: Step Ups- 100 (50 Each Leg)
- Round 2: Merican- 100
- Round 3: Squat Jumps- 50
- Round 4: Dips- 100
- Round 5 (The Big One): Burpees 50
- I feel that there was almost a mutiny when this was announced
- Mosey back to sidewalk in front of Starbucks

Great Q Source in Starbucks led by Jedi, great discussion had by all. If you feel that you don't have a mentor, Jedi challenged us to write down things you want to get done/accomplish/struggling with and that alone can help you gravitate towards someone who can help.
I struggle with connecting with people so today's Q source was great to hear and I plan on working on asking for advice when needed.
