After round 1: Forward hops over row of blocks, 10 pull ups

 

After round 2: Side hops over row of blocks, 10 pull ups, Side hops in opposite direction over blocks

 

Put blocks up.

 

Agility training- suicide with forward sprint and back pedaling (6 parking lines) and then side shuffling (6 parking lines)
