MoFos at the Finest AO

2 met the standard at 0500 while Hacker managed to hack his way into the fold along the way.  15 men total for a QvQ version of PAINinsula (Schnitzel and Three Rivers are noted as "FNGs" in the pax list).

WARMORAMA (9-Lives):

In honor of Lt. Michael Murphy's birthday (1976) we did a modified Murph warm-up…Helping Hands x10 (no pull-up bars), Mericans x10ic, Squats x15ic.  Complaints that we didn't start with SSH, so, SSH x20ic.  Worried we were going to pull a hammie, so Cotton Pickers x10ic

ROUND 1 (Cousin Eddie):

Mosey over to the back parking lot for some :45 intervals of various exercises with :15 rest in between.  I remember doing Squats, Mountain Climbers, Mericans, LBCs, Plank Jacks, Man Maker Poses (w/o Merican), Step Ups, Dips, Jumping Lunges

ROUND 2 (9-Lives)

Lunge Walk then Bear Crawl to the driveway between the buildings because there are walls there for People's Chair with Heel Touches x10ic, Protractors (30, 60, 90, 60, 30), People's Chair with Brick Touches (reach across your body) x10ic, Hip Slappers x10ic (feet 3' up on the wall), People's Chair with Air Presses x10ic

Mosey back to the knee walls for step ups, dips.   Mosey to the curb for curb hops and shuffle backs. Hip Dips.

ROUND 4 (9-Lives)

Partner Up for 300 total WW2 Sit Ups.  Partner 1 runs to the big rig while Partner 2 does Sit Ups, Flip Flop until complete.  AUDIBLE: 150 total (to help sway the vote, of course)

Catch Me If You Can…Partner 1 does 5 Mericans and catches up to Partner 2, Partner 2 slow jog until Partner 1 catches up and then does 5 Mericans.  Repeat until back to the launch pad the long way.

MARY (Cousin Eddie)

Low Flutters, Dying Cockroaches, Elbow Planks

RECOVER, RECOVER

MOLESKIN:

-Luckily Stromboli showed up to run the standard with me.  I was already considering an extra 30 minute nap before the beatdown.  Iron Sharpens Iron.

-Kotters to Captain America.  I haven't seen him in so long.  Great to have you out again.  Hope to see you again, soon.

-This workout was a real smoker!  Sorry I didn't get to hang out afterwards for coffee.  Apparently, there was some election tampering going on at Starbucks.

-I, somehow ended up on the winning side of this contest, but Cousin Eddie is a worthy opponent.  I appreciate the competition and all the pax participation in keeping us on our game.  I don't know if this had anything to do with the vote, but he was quoted as saying, "MoFos" a few times and "Get After It!"  Someone asked if that was Millennial for "Exercise."

-QvQ is an awesome idea as it gets Qs sharpening their skills and all the pax out due to their curiosity and FOMO.  I'm honored to be a part of it.

-Thanks to Outlaw for allowing us to take over the finest AO in Cornelius for just one morning.  I hope we honored you by not delivering any Burpees *wink*
