I awoke this morning ready to complete another day. As I grabbed my watch I realized the battery had died. I grabbed the charger and was able to give it enough juice during the drive over tomake it through the workout. As I sat in the parking lot I got excited as I saw 4 cars pulling in. Could it be we were going to have some good numbers for the day? Nope. Two of the vehicles parked at the end as they were there for the coffee shop. The others were Tugboat and Hasselhoff. Of course it was great to see them.
Tugboat mentioned he saw someone with a headlamp running into the lot as he pulled it. Was this someonre for the workout, or someone out for a run. The light grew closer and we started questioning who it could be. Hasselhoff said could it be Bob Ross? Nah, he doesn't run in. As the person came ever closer and took of his lamp and hat we came to know it was Bob Ross. Good man for running over from Cedarfield rather than the normal drive in. He gets a gold star for the day
Start time came and reality hit that it would just be the four of us.

- LBC
- Skull Crushers
- Chest Press
- Low Flutter
- Lawn Mowers
- Take a lap
Start with the first four stations, One person per station
1 minute intervals AMRAP
Rotate down after each minute. After the lawn mowers the person would take a short lap for the minute
We got about 4 1/2 rounds in

I left and got on 77 adn I heard someone yelling (we were at a crawl from the merge). I look over to my right and it was Baller. Rolled down the window and had a quick conversation with him. He was driving to Atlanta for the day, and said he had to drive back same day. Good luck to him on that trip.
