Koncrete Kamikaze

Original plan for the day was to do the Kamikaze in the soccer fields, but due to some overnight wetness I decided to be kind and not do so.  I changed it up to perform in the parking lot instead.  

Stations were 

  1. Bottom of parking lot – Merkins
  2. First crossway – Jump squats
  3. Peninsula's – CCD
  4. Second Crossway – Lunges
  5. Next set Peninsula's – Merkins (yes again)
  6. Top of lot – Squats

 

20 reps of each at each location

Run to station 2 do reps, back to 1 do reps

Run to station 2 do reps, then 3 do reps, back to 2 do reps, back to 1 do reps

Run to station 2 do reps, then 3 do reps,then 4 do reps, back to 3 do reps, back to 2 do reps, back to 1 do reps

Run to station 2 do reps, then 3 do reps,then 4 do reps, then 5 do reps, back to 4 do reps, back to 3 do reps, back to 2 do reps, back to 1 do reps

Run to station 2 do reps, then 3 do reps,then 4 do reps, then 5 do reps, then 6 do reps, back to 5 do reps, back to 4 do reps, back to 3 do reps, back to 2 do reps, back to 1 do reps

ROUND 2  repeat but cut reps down to 10

Almost got through a full second round before ending

 

You know it is a good workout when Sanke Eyes says that there were too many merkins lol
