  • Strong workout by everyone.  Thank you all for thinking of an exercise that we could do today.
  • T-Claps to 911, Double Double, Vic 20 and Tank who walked or rode a bike to and from the workout.  You all got extra credit today and an extra burger at dinner.
  • Surf & Turf was focused on everyone's form when doing the Squats.
  • T-Claps to Natty for bringing the home brew for 2nd F after the workout
  • Grip arrived first to the workout, making sure he had plenty of time to stretch.
  • Great opportunity for Fellowship after the workout with some cold drinks and Mojito's "pan con lechon" (Puerto Rican bread with pork).  We spent a few minutes talking about the need to bring donuts once Dunkin opens across the street.
  • Natty is putting a team together for the F3 Lake Norman relay on October 19.  I am in, how about you?
  • Thank you all for a great workout and fellowship.  I hope you all have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day.  This is a time to relax with family, but also remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we can live free and safe.
