I had originally had a partner workout planned for today, but around 10 last night I came up with a new plan.

Numbers were looking low as the start time approached.  Jimmy O was already there when I arrived.  Fesuce and caboose came rolling in making it seem that there was hope for some participants.  Lastly a shirtless Baller pulled in.  Many PAX must be tired of being at my Q's, or they realize they are getting harder as the month progresses., or just worn out from the long weekend.  Anyways, the 6 of us took of at 530.

Well let us open it up and see what it is.  Why it is a Pyramid of Pain.  Immediately the groans started in as the exercises and reps were revealed

A lap was run after rounds  1, 3, 5, and 7

I could tell how great of a time everyone was having by thier joyous conversation and smiling faces

We completed all rounds and ran up to the tables for some Bulgarian split squats and inclined merkins.  Next we have five min left to do some MARY.

LBC, boxcutters, pretzle crunches, WWII situps – Caboose stated that he is not sure what it is but our WWII muscle was sore

Only two more days left for the Month of Mona.  Today was a tough one coming off of MDM and the crazy crap we did yesterday, but it was fun and we worked hard

CG seems to have picked up.  They may out grow the location and have to go elsewhere.  That would be a shame
