15 jump squats 

10 ssh

10 bicycle crunches 

5 ssh

5 burpees 

 Boone criticize my workout and said he should have stayed at home in bed. Q thinking of a way to punish him at this time by doing suicides.

 From bottom of parking lot to top five push-ups at bottom five Burpee’s at every line

Repeat with:

 10 squats and 10 squat jumps 

10 ssh and 10 crunches 

6 monkey humpers 6 Peter Parker’s 

 Quadraphilla to each line then run back
