Moleskine

  • That was one perfect morning for a workout. Not too humid, and a cool breeze helping to waft away the smell of sweat and flatulence

  • Lot of flood talk and related topics of dock maintenance, pilings and boats going over the spillway. Glad to hear that 911, Double Double and The Germanator helped our MIL F3 brother Mojito with his dock in the morning, and Slow Roll and EL Tigre helped in the afternoon

  • Please be careful when checking on your boat the morning after a storm while in work clothes. It’s a slippery track

  • “Dude, how much can you bench?” 715. “How much can you squat?” 2,200 on the squat rack. “Wanna see my weight vest?”

  • Listen to Machine Gun Kelly over there with the rapid fire flatulence that also occurred in cadence. Now that is a life skill for those of you scoring at home

  • That really was a shartload of counting

  • It’s a shame that our resident Mathletes (Double Double and Vic 20) were not there to appreciate the factorial factoring. They were the inspiration for today’s theme

  • Throw on a pair of yoga pants and you’re looking like a snack. Pretty creepy when taken out of context

  • Prayers for Kevin Wiley who is having surgery today and for all those just past the MIL dam who got flooded

  • LKN F3 is looking to launch a Whetstone program in all of the regions. The Whetstone program is F3’s mentorship program as outlined in the QSource that you may have heard about (see pdf – section Q1.8).The whole program is based on the premise that a “man must be sharpened like a knife blade” and how that can be achieved through a vertical relationship with another man (mentor). While they try to avoid hard and fast rules with the Whetstone program, the attached “what to expect” guide for both the stone (mentor) and the blade (mentee) may be helpful.

  • I’m just the messenger

  • It’s an honor and a privilege
