05:30:31 and YHC pulls in with a poorly timed pre-ride to the AO very surprised to see that the Q had not been hijacked especially with brother Spork in the midst.

PAX are advised to plank hold while YHC (clipboard) Q's the Reflection and Superman's it from bike to bootcamp gear.

Indian run around AO down to block pile.  Everyone grab a block and head back in front of the gym.

THE THANG
Block-a-sides
Start at one end of the parking lot, run to the first parking lot line do 1 of said exercise without block, then return to start
to do one of said block exercise.  Continue to next line then 2 of each exercise, ascending with each line.  ~5 minute segments

Round 1
SSH at parking lot line
Trifectas back at start with block.
Most got to line 8 which = 36 SSH and Trifectas

Round 2—now go every 2nd line
Merkins at parking lot line
Squats back at start with block
Most got to 7 which = 28 merkins and squats

Round 3—now go every third line with a twist
Lunge walk to third line with block and do a block press, leave block.
Return to start and do WW1.
Run back to block then lunge walk another 3 spots
Most got to line 5 which = 15 presses and WW1's

Partner block merkins—P1 does 10 merkins OYO while P2 holds block steady on back of P1.  Flapjack.

Return blocks but do so Zamporini style then mosey back

Duck, duck, throw.  PAX still in circle formation face legs up at 45 degrees to outside of cirlce and hold while one PAX 
runs around pushing legs down. Repeto until all have circled.

MUMBLECHATTER
-FNG-1 is Mike.  EH'd by brother Jeeves.  Mike is a pilot who has worked and lived in numerous states.  He's in the
land development industry and has four kids that keep him busy with softball and the likes.  Most importantly he comes to us due to Burn bootcamp closing the doors on the 4:30 PM Stepford Dad's class so post #2 and naming could get interesting.  
-Spork is back!  His streak continues and is pushing others as he does so well.
-Crawdad forgot how hard YHC's worlouts are apparently.  In all seriousness he tweaked his back very ealry on, but had the where-with-all to actually stop and stretch it out and not power through.  There's where the professionalism comes into play.  Jokes about hooking him up with Phoenix are thrown out but rest up brother!
-Mater had a chance to stop the maddness but luckily gave YHC plenty of room on the shoulder as the Barbie jeep whizzed by at 0528
-Sonar gets a taste of his own medicine as he is the king of the scalable/you vs you workout and hopefully YHC has 
learned a few things from him.
-Clark tries to BS a BS'er and then eyes YHC's bike pretty hard during the workout and commits to do a sprint Tri in the near future(or that's what I heard)
-FNG-2 is Lumberjack as he quietly kills the workout and fights to take back Crawdad's block.
-Prayers up for Marker and his M as they both are recovering from eye surgery.
-Such a pleasure to lead and be led by you fine men.
