First World Workout while Paddling

Started at 6:45PM    All the boards and Paddles ready ready to go for the 45 minute higher intensity workout

The Thang:  Warm up by crossing the McCrary Creek Cove and then up and around various coves for a total of 1.9 mile course on a beautiful night.  A core workout ensued as paddling is all about the core while trying to limit the arms.

Moleskin:  1. Wishing a continued speedy recovery to Mailmans daughter as the doctors report 2. Gepetto made his point that Tesla vehicles are not "coal buring" and his argument caught some of the Race City umbrage at such hipster sentiment.  3. Discussions of the benefits for Eagle Scouts did not go unnoticed for paying for some college education 4. We had all of these while floating on noodles and enjoying adult beverages.
