7 men took in a beautiful sunrise this morning for an EZ6 miler. Cut through Covington East, Fox Run, Governors and back.
– Goodwrench joins us mid-run and states "The Gates are Open!" So we ran the Governor's island loop where the 1% hang-out.
– TL had 8 on the books, so he joined us for 6. He just signed up for a 50 MILER!
– Cheetah joined us and told stories of his running adventures while on the road, including some of his highest HR moments
– Vortex has his vest back in working order, and we all are better for it.
– Strudel has a code brown for the 2nd day in a row. Dude is running so much he can't keep it in him.
– Dandelion. I'm really worried about him. He was again, smiling and singing loudly. Aimlessly running around, gushing about his new Hokas. Very chatty, huggy, and marking each yard along the way. I'm glad we were there to babysit him. Coincidently, Tom was also very happy when I saw him at coffee.
