THE THANG:

Mosey to Spring Street

Partner Up:

Partner 1 run to bottom of hill and do 10 burpees, back to top

Partner 2 run to bottom of hill and do 9 burpees, back to top

Partner at top of hill: choose your own ab exercise while waiting for partner

Continue with each partner running 5 hills – partner 1 did 30 burpees, partner 2 did 25 burpees

Mosey to Davidson College track:

Partner Stadium burpees

Partners run together and were responsible for burpees at the bottom of each section (section 110: 10 burpees, section 109: 9 burpees, section 108: 8 burpees)

Partner 2 begin with 10 burpees, partner 1 did 9

In the interest of time and possible some other factors including the heat index, we stopped after section 105, but finished the burpees reps under the stadium.  60 total burpees for all.

Indian run back to the Green.

YHC struggled explaining the Thang to the PAX, chalk it up to the heat.
