Four hard-chargers sallied forth for the early bird special which includes all 3 F's by 0615. We decided to join the current rage in Isotope by making this a swim workout. We didn't need a pool or lake, as the Birkdale atmosphere was sufficiently saturated and thus temporarily elevated to "hot spring" status on the National Register of Meteorological Oddities.

Several "Heaven 'n Hell" circuit with rock-ercises on one end, mobility and 'Mericans on the other end, and quick-time mosey between. Pax shared the q-duties with 9-Lives and Bouncy providing the hell-ish rock offerings, and YHC and Code Blue offering the heavenly mobility moments.

9-Lives is in a weigh-in system at his place of employment. He is a lean machine. Meanwhile Bouncy House was reporting in from vacation and paying for his hedonistic ways. Code Blue was his normal methodical machine of fitness excellence. The Berean 3rd F discussion was about yesterday's Gospel reading which was Jesus' pep talk to 72 hard-chargers who were heading out to do some serious work. As always lots of great discussion… teamwork, being in community, traveling "light", handling rejection, etc. We warmed up the seats and "tagged out" at SBux with the MMM crowd who rolled in with an FNG to continue the F3 occupation of the coffeeteria patio.
