Started with the traditional warm o rama

Grab a rock.  Overhead Press, plank jack lunge walk ladder

Pick a cardio card –  SSH,  pick another cardio card 200 meter sprint (but reall only sprinted, mosied 75 meters)

Grab a rock.  Zamborini suicide,  curl suicide
