The men were out in the steamy heat today, as were the trucks in truck city. The Q took advanatage of the goodwill and momentum created by the week of Mailman and was pleased to see a large group accumulate beneath the canvas for the weekly Rock crushing. Penalty burpees were administered each time a garbage truck, delivery truck, or street cleaner interrupted our progress. Here is what we did, for the sake of those who were not fortunate enough to join us:

Lunge walk to next stop sign, moving toward Lowes. More penalty burpees for passing delivery Utz Chips truck. (A-hole)
Zamparini to some new low concrete walls that have been installed outside the Holistic dog food place. Great spot for us to soil for the sake of our fitness.

Zamparini in the general direction of our trucks. Stop to begin curl/LBC sequence, but had to run back to move bells because another A-hole truck interrupted. Penalty Burpees administered.
