 5 Merkins at all stop signs on first row. 

5 squats at all signs on second row

5 lbc at all signs on third row

5 burpees at all signs on forth row

Sprint a lap around the track then meet in front of gym

Sprint to top of hill and repeat the following 

10 merkins 

10 squats 

10 lbc

10 burpees 

Go back to track and sprint a lap and repeat the first exercises of 5 at every stop sign.
