Great to see some new and some old faces in the crew at The Sword today. Great to see some handsome faces too (looking at you Caboose).
The standard warm up type routine, with YHC's typical Bam Bam x 7 to cap it off and get the blood flowing.
From there it was an easy one- various sets of pullups, burpees, partner exercises, and core work.
One exercise of note was one the partner leapfrog merkin. You and partner take turns holding plank and then stepping up onto and over the shoulders of the other partner, then do a pushup and hold plank while your partner does the same thing over you. Do until you both hit 10 pushups.
Nothing like the Suzanne Somers x 20 IC each leg to crush the pax.
Everyone survived for the most part and got the week off to a great start.
