6 men entered Muscle Beach to get the Eye of the Tiger…

Warmorama:

SSH's, Windmills, Cherry Pickers, IST's

Run around parking lot

The Thang:

6 stations were arranged with 2 different exercises at each station. 

Pax rotated through each station doing 10 reps of both exercises listed for each station (total of 20 reps), then did 10 more reps of both exercises  (total of 40 reps at each station) before moving to the next station

Stations consisted of the following:

  1.  Lateral Raises / Plank, Mountain Climber, Lateral Raise, Merkin – 10lb Dumbbells
  2.  Bent Fly /  Scaption – 15lb Dumbbells
  3.  Curls / Skull Crushers – 25lb Dumbbells
  4.  Step Ups / Squats – Sandbags 40lb and 60lb options
  5.  Bench / Lawn Mowers – 35lb Kettlebells
  6.  Ball Fly / Clean Press – 30lb Kettlebells

After completing the above as described, pax ran another lap around the parking lot

Then pax did another round through each station, just doing 10 reps of each exercise at that station, only one time.

Mary:

  • Crunchy Frogs x 10 IC
  • LBC's x 10 IC
  • Repeat above 2 exercises and reps
  • Burpees x 10
  • American Hammer x 15 IC
  • Repeat the above 2 exercises and reps

Moleskin:

  • The men definitely got the Eye of the Tiger after this one.
  • Pinky and Slow Roll were getting the Eye by running to the workout, extra credit for these gents.  Solid
  • Supersetting 2x at each station proves to be pretty manly
  • 300 weighted reps- strong medicine followed up by some ab reps
  • Great work men!
