SSH x 25 IC, CP x15 IC, WM x 15 IC, TS X 15 IC

Run a lap around parking lot

The Thang:

7 stations – Complete 10 reps of both exercises at each station, then do another 10 reps of both exercises before moving to the next station…

  1.  Front Raise / Man Maker Merkin – 10lb dumbbells
  2.  Curl, Press, Crush / Deadlift Row – 55 or 45lb kettlebells
  3.  Bench / Bridge Press – 35lb kettlebells
  4.  Clean Chop / Bent Row – 40lb sandbag
  5.  Ball Reverse Fly / Bent Fly – 15lb dumbbells
  6.  Clean Press / Shoulder Press – 30lb kettlebells
  7.  Curl / Lawnmowers – 25lb dumbbells

Run a lap around parking lot

Repeat above stations except do only 10 reps of both exercise just 1 time…not like the 2 times above (20 reps at each station vs 40 reps)

Moleskin:

  • Definitely a tough one today… Pax had a solid push today… Man style…
  • 420 reps completed total.  Feeling it.
  • Pinky and Slow Roll get extra credit, ran to and from the workout.  Good work men.
  • Ozzie looking strong today.
  • Not much mumble chatter today, pax focused today.
