  • Dips, KB squats, Decline Muricans, step ups for 3 rounds

Circuit 2

  • 5 burpees, 10 thrusters, 15 Muricans, 20 KB swings, run
  • Stack where we added a new exercise each round and ran further each round

Circuit 3

  • 5 burpees, 10 curls, 10 press to skull crushers, 10 off-set Muricans
  • Repeato 2X
