Death by burpee

6 men braved the wee hours  Monday morning to exercise body and mind.

The suck:

Mosey from Starbucks to Victoria Secret and then to the movies.

Warmup with SSH, IST, arm circles, and windmills.

Down the ladder we went starting with 25 of each-burpees, star crunches, air born power planks

Ran a lap around the island between each set.

Continued with sets of 20,15,10,5.

Break every 10 minutes of a quick set of squat jumps first and then flutter kicks.

A little Mary and a mobility minute with pigeon to close.

 

Devotion that followed centered on the question, "What do you do when you feel lost?"

Great discussion and input around the table. It was a pleasure leading these men this morning.
