Shower

Since I am a regular at Blender @TBC thought I was a good fit to Q. I am grateful to the pax that showed not knowing what was in store.  The 8 foot walk to my car carrying my bell told me it was a hot morning that would bring lots of sweat.   Not until Bagboy showed did I know the stars were going to shine and some meteors would be flying along with our bells.  As we gathered a few pax swore they saw some but I never did.  Dissapointed in no sightings later in the beatdown Bagboy tried to help me locate one which just turned out to be a small bird flying overhead.  I think it was the high temps and the long sprints that caused the blury vision.  Anyway, what we did…

Warm Up: Around the world, side straddle hop, wind mill, imperial storm troopers, arm circles

The Main Event: 8 burpies and then 8 of the following in cadence: KB swings, bench each arm, calf raises racked squat, bent over row each arm
Then sprit about 125 yards to the end of parking lot and back.  We then repeated for 7, 6, 5, & 4 with the sprints in between.  Lastly we partnered up and repositioned flor the following
2 KB or 1 KB Curls while partner lunge walks about 30 yards and back and Switch
2 KB farmers carry while partner planks and switch
2 KB chest press while partner does WWII
5 burpies and recover recover

Thanks again for the Pax who showed along with a 3 fury 4 legged friends who other than one sucker punch to the Q were well behaved.  Award to Qbert for the heaviest bell.  It was great not being partnered with him until I was the 9th pax and got to share bells with Qbert and Buyon.  It was hot and I believe all left sweaty and breathing heavy which I believe is the idea.  Thanks to TBC for the chance to lead at this great AO, I will try to make it there more often!
