10 men arose for activity in the sauna today. 4 took off running before circling back to participate in Broga while 6 took the 'slow and steady wins the race' approach by walking a loosen up lap before beginning the stretch. We stayed on our feet for the usual hammy, hip flexor and shoulder start. Then took it down to the mat for the main event – back, glutes, hammies. This time we sprinkled in some core strength exercises. YHC brought some props but not enough for the massive turnout so we partnered up for some extra hammy stretching as the finale
