Two Men joined me for some calisthenics in the thick August air, it went a little like this…
Warmup:
1. SSH IC x 20
2. Windmill x 10
3. Monkey Humper x 10
4. Cotton Pickers x 10 
The Thang:
LBH run stop and:
1. 10 Merkins IC
2. 5 Burpees OYO
3. 20 Deep Squats OYO
4. 10 WWI’s OYO
Run to Playground and:
1. 10 Pullups OYO
2. 15 Dips OYO
3. 10 Hanging Rows or Ozzie Rows OYO
4. 10 LBC’s IC 
Back to top of LBH
1. 10 Merkins IC
2. 5 Burpees OYO
3. 20 Deep Squats OYO
4. 10 WWI’s OYO
Back to Play ground
1. 10 Pullups OYO
2. 15 Dips OYO
3. 10 Hanging Rows or Ozzie Rows OYO
4. 10 LBC’s IC
One more Round, back to top of LBH

Back to Playground:
1. As close to 10 decent Pullups as you could muster
2. Try for 15 good Dips
3. 10 Hanging/Ozzie Rows
4. 10 LBC’s IC
Mary:
1. Superman’s:  10 reps with a slow count
2. 10 Left then Right LBC’s
3. American Hammer to 6:15
Reflection:
I realize how lucky we are to live in this great nation and the sacrifice that many folks before us have made to build this for us, please never forget that you have to sacrifice yourself, your time, your “happiness” for the better future. This scripture says it better than I:
Proverbs: 14:23
All hard work (sacrifice) brings a profit, but mere talk leads only to poverty.
