I decided to venture from my typical Friday routine of going to The General. I figured it was perfect to mix things up and Q at the Cauldron. Here is how the story went this morning.

Mason Twists w/ kettlebell 12x IC

The W w/ kettlebell 12x IC

 

Repeato 1x. Sprint across parking lot and back to kettlebell after Round 1. After round 2, Side shuffle with exercise band from parking island to parking island and back, followed by Monster walk w/ exercise band from parking island to parking island and back, followed by plank walk with exercise band from traffic cone to light post. 2 rounds of kettlebell circuit in total.
