The attendance in the gloom was slim today for my VQ due to previous nights HDHH and Fight Club. Four strong brought the heckle and made ourselves better for 45 minutes starting at 5am Friday.

Workout started with short mosey into:
Sidestraddle hops
Windmills
Vegetable pickers
Squats
Kareoke
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Mosey back to our bells
Carried bells to the grocery parking lot followed by lifting heavy things in cadence:
7 each in cadence curls, overhead press, skull crusher, KB swings then run accross lot doing lunges from the 2nd to 3rd island and 7 burpees OYO at opposite end. Run back to bells included backwards lunches from the 3rd to 2nd island.
Repeated run with lunges and each excercise in cadence decreasing one rep each time all the way down to 1.
Carried our bells back to meet up with the fight club guys to join in one COT. 9 total pax between the two. Clearly the HDHH celebrating five years of LW put a damper on attendance but we didn't let it stop us.
