Bear crawl the length of the building by the buses

Five jump ups each leg OYO 

Mosey to the block pile

5 more curls around the circle with the blocks

blocks up and quadraphilia up the hill to the rock pile

5 more shoulder presses around the circle and return the blocks

Mosey to the down under bars for ten pull ups OYO

Mosey to the pull up bars for max pull ups OYO

Mosey to the hill by the baseball field

Started with everyone almost getting ran over by the bus and then the ambulance warned us to hydrate. It may have been a scary start to the Trilogy run. 

Q learned that burpees are a sign of a lazy Q. Mental note taken
