reminiscent of the sharknado, the triangle keeps you spinning in a frenzy that keeps the good heart rate going!

Warmorama: Run, SSH x 30, TS x 15, IST x 15, Windmills x 15

The Thang: Divide into 3's and start at each point of a large triangle at least 10 yards.  Execute the designated exercise, run 1 and 1/3 laps to another station to execute the exercise again.  Complete the lap 2 more times until you are back to your starting point.
