three laps with descending numbers of merkins and WWII sit ups
mosey to track for short stadium snake, split squats, dips and bleacher ladder of squats and incline merkins, followed by calf raises, more Mary, scapula merkins and return to green
COT: Prayers lifted up for Cinderell’s Family, Gengis’s friend, and monkey grease’s co-worker. Reminder to give the gift of F3 away to those who need it.
