- No time for Mary. She wasn't needed on this morning.
- Ummm Rooter? Get it done this week brother. Reach out if you need a partner. Surely everyone will jump to do a repeato on this one.
- Where were the pax from Arnies & Titan? Convergence does not mean FS. Berean came strong & brought all their pax. We spent a lot of time with Christ today…just not over coffee.
- So much hard work this AM. So proud of this group and the effort level this morning. Tough beatdown for sure but so awesome to be a part of a group that perseveres through really hard stuff together.
- Lots of pax fighting over the timekeeper spot as they finished…um no…go do more burpees
- Everyone got in more than 150 burpees…several closer to 200 as they picked up the six
- Thank you to all of the men that showed up early on a holiday to do something awesome on Labor Day. It would have been easy to fartsack knowing the beatdown to be had. Thanks to the LFC Men's Ministry for the EH (Email Headlock in my case) to the pax for the constant encouragement and motivation. You men inspire YHC on a daily basis.
