Warmorama: SSH x20 Toy Soldier x20 and a light mosey around the parking lot.

 

The Thang: YHC arrived early to chalk out the zones  in prep for #IronPaxChallange Week 1. Pax took a moment to count and lament the total number of reps before starting, but with music playing, the clock started.

 

Broad Jump 10 Yards to chalk line

10 Burpees

10 Bonnie Blairs (Mary Katherines)

10 Big Boy Sit Ups

Repeat 2 more times

Bear crawl 30 yards back to original starting line

 

All of that 5 times for time. All finished just under 35 minutes. It was warm, humid, and very sweaty. Findings: unanimous dislike of burpees.

 

HYC and Pit Stop took off on a 4 mile run in prep for week 2. Phoenix made the smart choice to roll out instead.
