4 showed for the early edition of Week 4 IPC and discussed challenges we face in life and how to overcome.
We skipped the warm up and moseyed down to grab a block and knock this thang out.
The Thang:

- Block carry x 200 yds
- Block swings/Bonnie Blairs x 100 OYO

- Block thrusters/Walking lunges x 100 OYO

Moleskin:
The discussion was fitting this morning with the Iron Pax Challenge as we talked about challenges we face in life and 7 ways that we can overcome those obstacles. Just like the IPC we talked about how important it is to surround yourself with other believers committed to the same goal. It also talked about putting one step in front of the other consistently to make progress (definitely what I was thinking as I was running with a block). We had a great discussion.
Thanks to Big Montana for giving me the chance to lead this morning, it is always a privilege and honor to lead such a group. Dingo, Big Montana and Jimmy O you guys did awesome this morning, thanks for the support.
