Knowing that the IPC was going on and that a theme of that workout was carrying coupons for a portion, I decided to make that the ONLY thing close to the IPC at the workout today.  To my pleasure, there were cars in the lot when i arrived and a few others trickled in just as we go this thing going……

WARMORAMA:

Mosey thru parking lot with high knees, butt kicker, shuffle, karioke……GRAB A ROCK!!!

Mosey with your coupon to track for 15 SSH IC; Mosey with your coupon 100 yds for 15 IST IC; Mosey w/cp 100yds for 15 CP IC; Mosey w/cp 100 yds for 10 TS IC; Mosey w/cp to picnic tables…..

THANG:

10 Step ups each leg with coupon(rock)

Bear Crawl around building with your rock

10 Step Ups each leg with coupon

Crab Walk with rock around building

10 step ups each leg with coupon

RETURN YOUR ROCKS AND GRAB A BLOCK!!!

Partner up!!!  Zamporini to track…….One partner farmers carry 2 blocks while other does 10 WW2SU……chase your partner down and flap jack…..continue around entire track

Rejoin Partner……Hill Work:  1. One partner carries one block up hill and does 10 shoulder press while other does AMRAP Merkins on Block….flapjack; 2. Partner one up the hill with block for 10 SC while other does AMRAP dips on block….flapjack; 3. Partner 1 up the hill for 10 curls while other does AMRAP decline merkins on block……Lets take a lap around the track!!!!

Return to picnic tables…..10 step ups each leg with block

Find some wall……10 AP IC; 10 TTH IC

Great work today men!!  Seemed like carry around rocks and blocks increased the sweat level pretty quickly today.  Not a lot of mumble chatter to speak of so the PAX was either bored out of their mind or out of breathe today….a lot of talk and focus on taco tuesday as well as teh benefits of Night Ranger and the treats after!!!!  I say have as many tacos and beers as you can handle…..theres always a workout the next day to bring you back to earth!!!!!  Thanks for the opportunity to lead Mona Lisa!
