-My lack of creativity was criticized. First off I love this workout (obliviously). Second off I did intend to sit down and create a workout but yesterday did not go as planned and thus the opportunity never happened.  #FreakingKids #TerribleTwos

-Crawdad and Turncoat were there doing the IPC from a previous week. Nice work guys.

-My cadence attempt at hand release Merkins was a fail. Utter confusion.

-The PAX don’t like to jump. Who knew? #OldManBack

-I am digging the lower level of humidity. Maybe I will come out more often now.
