By now you all know the drill for Iron Pax Challenge Week 4. I'm happy to say that I completed (or attempted to complete) all four weeks this year.
Strong work by everyone…although I was a little surprised at the times when seeing other postings. Also, some that were completing for the second time didn't get close to their first time. There may have been an incorrect measurement on the 100 yards. For that, I think we all get extra credit. Either way, glad we all survived a humid Friday morning!
Mumblechatter started strong but by Round 3 we were all ready to finish this thing out. The 80's playlist helped again, but may need a refresh.
