FNG-1 listed above is in fact "Milton" I'm not sure what he did to deserve this name.
Apparently Santiago was given the "code red" last night, because we only had 4 today. We started with 4 and finished with 3 because Milton had to leave at his normal 6am time. As for the rest of you, when will you complete your make-up Murph. May I suggest an afternoon make-up Murph one evening this week?
Today started with a cool air, but all PAX quickly realized it was humid. Rebound starts out fast out of the gate a knocks out a sub 7 first mile, then goes back for the 6. It was Milton's first Murph. He knocked out half before he had to venture back to the AO. We reminisced about our first Murph, first time fully completing a Murph, and our best Murphs.
Only one Dad Joke made an appearance today. The next time the cashier at the grocery store asks "Would you like the milk in a bag?" you can reply with "No thanks, please leave it in the jug"
