YHC posting up for Kid Rock. 14x pax posted, but old timers has me missing a few. Help me fill in the gaps!
Knockout (aka Titan) showed up on time, which for him is early. Nice work!
Mosey'd around the block (St. Marks parking lot) and then circled up.
Omega and Elmers showed up a little late, but we still got it on.
SSHs, Windmill, and ISTs to get us warmed up.
Mosey'd up and down the block… and then got some blocks.
Hi Curl, Low Curl Full Curl, Skull Krusher and others.
Much fun was had talking about Omega looking at his guns while curling, and whether he looked at them on the hi, low, or full curl. With a long sleeve jacket on, the bulging biceps were holstered for today, but that didn't stop everyone from looking at the printing anyway.
Mosey'd with Kid Rock it up and down ya' block to Copper Head Hill.
Quadraphilia up the hill, 5 burpess, run back down for 20 flutter kicks.
Repeato, dropping 1 burpee and 2 flutter kicks each set.
Dog across the street was no happy, but that's OK, we weren't happy about burpees either.
Then we Kid Rock it up and down ya' block all the way to Grand Oak Elementary.
YHC was delieriouslly out of breath at this point and can't remember what we did there… but then we Kid Rocked it all the way back up the hill to St. Marks to the blocks in the back corner of the parking lot.
Now I was really out of breath, not used to running under Dr. Snoopy's IR instructions, but there was much mumble chatter around the two strapons *alert* (ankle braces) that YHC had on to get him through the 2.5 miles ran this AM.

Feel fee to comment on who I have forgotten on the PAX list. 5 are missing for a total count of 14. Blackbeard gets full credit even though he had to drop out for Catholic duty at CopperHead Hill. Many pax, YHC included, wanted to join him.
