Excelsior + Stretching on the Track

Most of  the Pax had completed the RR10k so we headed to the track for some laps + pain.  

 

The Warm-up

20 = SSH IC

20 = Windmill

 

The Thing:

Run 2 laps

10 = Mercans IC

10 = Squats

Run 2 laps

10 = Mercans IC.

10 = Squats

Run 1 lap sprinting from goal post to goal post.

Return to the picnic table for some stretching and yoga.

Recover / Recover 

Cut short to fit in coffee prior to everyone returning home for their early personal commitments.

Rooter needs to take a step back and recover, both injuries, as the Spartan Beast is a mere 5 weeks away.
