Exploring New Terrain at Fartlek

Event Date

AO

It was good to see a nice turnout this morning at Fartlek. Especially good to see some faces we hadn't seen at the AO in awhile (Garcia, Little Finger, Fenway, 9 Lives).

The route was an out and back loop that ventured into Cedarfield Park and was just over 6 miles total. Route link https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/2754165763

The new terrain we traversed was New Oak Lane in Cedarfield Park that is right off Bradford Hill Lane and connects back to the greenway at its end. Always good to shake things up and explore some new territory even if it was pitch black when we arrived.

Conditions seemed nice when we left but post run you could tell it was a muggy/humid morning in the Ville.

As usual, I enjoyed the opportunity to lead such a fine group this morning.

Please consider signing up on the calendar to Q at this AO. The end of the year is fast approaching and it would be a nice gift to Die Hard if we could fill up the remainder of the year w/ Q's for this AO. We look forward to your Q'ing and your take on this AO and run. (Jorel/Royale would love to see what you have in store).

Let's also see if we can encourage FNG's and Kotter's to join us between now and year end.
