4 men braved the Rain to run 3.1 and have a little fun to earn our JAVA.
The warm up-
After a mosey through the parking decks to stay dry the rain subsided and we made it to the Birkdale Theater or is it The-a-ter. A north south discussion was had.
IST x 20 or for the sake of Outlaw Imperial Storm Troopers, kind of a north south thang again 🙂
SSH x 15 again for Outlaw side straddle hops y'all
Plank stretch and mosey to the old Lowe's food store
Outlaw after discoverying a piece of plywood with a hole the size of a cornhole board created a new challenge. He and 9 Lives challenged Hippie and me to a 2 point match cornhole game with a duck tape ball. Game 1 went to Hippie and YHC which 10 merkins were completed by the losers whilst the winners planked.
Mosey to the old Birkdale The-ate-er where we promptly went into a people's chair with air presses X 20
plank stretch for 2 minutes mosey back to Lowes food for round two of the Java cornhole.
Same teams grudge match where the rules were updated to allow for LBC to be done by the non throwing partner. Outlaw made his first throw and 9 Lives did very few LBC. Hippie struggled but made a his throw to keep us in the match. 9 Lives with the winning shot as Outlaw awas finishing his 35-40 ish LBC. Hippie and YHC did our losers 10 merkins and we merrily moseyed back to starbucks. Where we were at time and recovered recovered.
Naked Moleskin-
It was an honor to have been a part of the rain free almost Java group today. Outlaw made YHC throw away his M rain gear as it was offensive to some of the PAX (Outlaw) . Outlaw was brilliant in creating the JAVA cornhole game and for raising the question of :
" How many pseudo-Callahans equals a full Callahan? Inquiring minds need to know."
Thanks to the men of Java for the push and for being there even in the pouring rain. It was an honor to be a part.
