- Q fail by stopping at 25 SSH, should've gone to 41 to reflect the 4-1 Flyers over Hurricanes score for Mater
- There was much to say about sore legs thanks to Crawdad's 2.0 workout on Saturday….4 days ago….
- Rebound gets full marks for pointing out during a set of Merkins late in the workout that the Q is counting fast – counting is relative to your proximity to the ground, the more we do the further from the ground YHC is and the faster the counting
- There was apparently a guy friend of Scope's named 'Roger' that showed up for part of the workout and the dude was hard of hearing
- Toto did not watch the Jayhawks basketball game last night, I believe that is punishable by law in the state of Kansas – rock chalk wish they would've beat Duke
- Zippy is quick to point out that we went to the NEW pull up bars and did no pull ups, they look so nice, YHC did not want the PAX to get them dirty. Full intentions were to get back to them at the end of the workout, Shout out to Clark for putting the work in to make it happen and to the group did a great job installing them.
- Marker acknowledges a good workout by actually getting louder when counting the harder he's working, way to push after the standard this morning.
