Gettin Cut


9 studs appeared in the gloom to get cut!  They need band-aids these guys are so cut after this!

The Thang:

9 stations set with 2 exercises at each station.  Pax completed 10 reps of each exercise, then moved to the next station.

  1. Deadlift Row / Halo 45/55 lb kettlebell
  2. Scaption / Front Raise – 10lb dumbbells
  3. Decline Bench / Decline Weighted Sit Up – 40lb dumbells / 35lb kettlebells
  4. Sit Ups with 2 Jabs / Tricep Kickbacks – 15lb dumbbells
  5. Squats / Rows – 60lb sandbag 
  6. Ball Crunch Press / Ball Fly – 25lb dumbells
  7. Curls / Hammer Curls – 30 / 20lb dumbbells
  8. Clean Press / Military Press – 30lb kettlebells
  9. Step Ups / Lunge Press – 20lb kettlebells

Pax completed 2 rounds of the above stations
