20 Mountain Climbers IC

Indianish Run around parking lot to blocks. Mind your 6.
Each pax grabbed a block and moseyed to the track.  Some pax moseyed more than others.

Q shares todays workout, stating it is simple.  We simply lift blocks, and then simply run.
The goal is arm failure.

Lap around track (skipped lap around track after last round due to time.  Mosied back to the block pile)

Grab blocks and run back to block pile. YHC may have stated we are done with blocks.

Q halted Pax – YHC may have lied about being finished with blocks.

Today, YHC reminded us that this is a season to be thankful, but more imporantly to be grateful.  We are all fortunate compared to many in this world we need to remind ourselves of this fact.

A little mumble chatter about soccer arms.  Hope we remedied that issue.  Lot of grunts and groans suffering through the workout.  I think our arms failed nicely on this glorious morning.  Nice work by the pax.
