2 Monday ITG’ers met a couple minutes prior to 445 holding out hope that nobody else would show. As the old saying goes, PAX of 1 can return to FS, PAX of 2 goes straight to coffee, and PAX of 3 must work out. At least that's the ole saying at Berean… As YHC and GG were cheerfully beginning our walk up to Starbucks, we happened to see Jimmy O coming in hot on 2 wheels. We returned to our original stretching spots as Jimmy O hopped out of the Jimmy O mobile, bumped fists, and made way to the movie theater for warmorama. YHC’s preplanned warmorama AO was occupied by a lone pick up truck, so we nervously moseyed past and found a new impromptu warmorama AO near the feared bdale greenway hill o’ death.

Move back to the fountains, now overtaken by the pride and joy of Birkdale Village: the singing bears! We found some ledge/bench space for dips IC, followed by step ups, then merkins IC.
Cross the Bdale bridge o’ death to Newell Rubbermaid parking lot, where the group realized this spot has a lot of well-lit, flat-paved square footage. Will work on stowing coupons somewhere around here eventually…
ANYWAY, here we did some curb dips IC, calf raises, and merkins IC
THEN, lunge walk allllll the way up the bridge
WHERE WE THEN, burpeed x 10 OYO, inclined merkins IC, squatted IC, low fluttered IC
Repeato down the bridge…except this time on the way up we’re going to *bear crawl* halfway up the bridge. Good thing only halfway, right? Yeah, because then we had to *crab walk* the rest of the way.
Repeato exercises, head back to sbux for Mary: crunchy frog, lbc, and j-lo/pound pickles compliments of Mr. Goat.
