AMRAP – 0.75 mile loop with three exercise stations at each turn (15 merkins, 15 jump squats, 15 merkins). Launch from clubhouse parking lot and make a right on Mountain Cove Drive. Left on Overlook Mountain Drive. Left on Overlook Cove Drive (to get back to launch point). Repeat as many times as possible. Pax got between 3 and 4+ miles depending on pace. Great job fellas.

  • Q / Grip reunion….was a very touching moment for all involved……until Q got moving immediately at 0530.
