Yes that is Gloom Qbert


8 strong entered the gloom this am

We warmed up with some jumping jacks and burpees

The workout consisted of squat-press, curls, swings, chest press and v-ups with cinder block

I brought a single 45lb bell for whomever was interested.  Bootlegger took a whirl with it – Good Job!

We ran some laps between reps groups and added 5 second time around.

As we lapped the lot we did some LBCs, Hand-release merks and Turkish getups

Really good day good to have 8 show with bellies full of turkey, ham, beer and yeast rolls (well at least mine was)

The foundry is open for Qs and the clipboard has been underutilized.
