LLMMMD… The Last Last Monday of the Month Murph of the Decade involved 9 Mustang PAX. 2 Rucked it (Mater and Hefty) and our oldest PAX just celebrated his 74th birthday (Sparrow).
The track was open so YHC gave the option to use the track or the parkinglot to get the mile in. Apparently even the thought of using the track was absurd to Hefty.
We finish the mile with a wide gap in finishing time and YHC had difficulties finding the timer app, so we ended very very late ~ 0620, but in the end we all mostly finished the Murph in it's entirety.

To have a relationship you need to be available. Whether that's with your spouse, your kids, or God, you have to make yourself available to put in the time to build the relationship. Make it happen!
